“This is Us” co-star Justin Hartley plays a man with a particular set of skills, skills that make him an expert at finding missing persons, in the new drama series “Tracker.” 7 p.m. CBS


Monday — Feb. 12

A grieving mother (“Line of Duty’s” Vicky McClure) comes to suspect that the man convicted of murdering her daughter may in fact be innocent in the imported four-part mystery drama “Without Sin.” Anytime, Acorn TV

Anyone for rochambeau? Three inanimate objects get animated and anthropomorphized in the new series “Rock, Paper and Scissors.” 5:30 p.m. Nickelodeon; also Tuesday-Friday

The sitcoms “The Neighborhood” and “Bob Hearts Abishola” return for their sixth, and fifth and final seasons, respectively. 8 and 8:30 p.m. CBS
