“The Bachelor’s” Jenn Tran will be the one handing out the roses this time ’round on a new season of “The Bachelorette.” Jesse Palmer hosts. 8 p.m. ABC

School daze, school daze … “All American: Homecoming,” the YA drama set at a fictional HBCU in Atlanta, is back for a third season. With Geffri Maya and Cory Hardrict. 9 p.m. The CW

The elite meet to put the heat to the meat in the return of the culinary competition “BBQ Brawl” hosted by Bobby Flay. 9 p.m. Food Network
