We do declare, the new docuseries “Sins of the South” uses eyewitness testimony and dramatic recreations to tell true-crime tales with a Southern accent. 8 p.m. Oxygen
The top 16 female contestants vie for the title of women’s champion on a special edition of “American Ninja Warrior.” Matt Iseman, Akbar Gbajabiamila and Zuri Hall host. 9 p.m. NBC
Sink your teeth into a second season of the horror drama “Anne Rice’s Interview With the Vampire” based on the novelist’s 1976 bestseller. With Jacob Anderson and Sam Reid. 9 p.m. AMC
