Sunday — May 19

Pope Francis discusses world affairs, his papacy and more with correspondent Nora O’Donnell on a new “60 Minutes,” followed the next night by the companion special “CBS News: An Interview with the Pope.” 7 p.m. CBS; also 10 p.m. Monday

They’ll be singing for the fences as the talent competition “American Idol” closes out its 22nd season. Ryan Seacrest hosts. 8 p.m. ABC

Dr. Sanjay Gupta explores the latest advances in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease in “The Last Alzheimer’s Patient” on a new “The Whole Story With Anderson Cooper.” 8 p.m. CNN

Chow down on a second season of “Ciao House” with the return of this culinary competition set in Tuscany. Chefs Alex Guarnaschelli and Gabe Bertaccini host. 8 p.m. Food Network

A figure skater fears she could become a killer’s next target in the chilling new thriller “Ice Rink Murders.” With Maddison Bullock and Natasha Calis. 8 p.m. Lifetime


Monday — May 20

If you’ve got the euros, they’ve got the listings in new episodes of the high-end real estate series “The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties.” Anytime, Netflix

A 10-year-old girl whose life has been upended gets a supernatural assist in “Fairly OddParents: A New Wish,” the latest entry in the kid-friendly animated franchise. 4:30 p.m. Nickelodeon; also Tuesday-Thursday

They’re also singing for the fences in the two-night Season 25 finale of “The Voice.” Carson Daly hosts. 8 p.m. NBC; also Tuesday

The new four-part docuseries “Stax: Soulsville U.S.A.” salutes the storied record label that was home to such R&B legends as Otis Redding, Isaac Hayes, the Staple Singers and Sam & Dave. 9 and 10 p.m. HBO; concludes Tuesday

They’ll be dancing for the fences in the Season 18 finale of “So You Think You Can Dance.” Cat Deeley hosts and Natasha Bedingfield performs. 9 p.m. Fox

Filmmaker Alison O’Daniel explores how the deaf and hard of hearing experience music and sound in the immersive 2023 documentary “The Tuba Thieves” on a new “Independent Lens.” 10 p.m. KOCE
